He has published 15+ academic papers with over 500 citations and brings experience spanning academic research, industrial R&D, and early-stage technology commercialization.

Rachel is a data analytics manager at a leading fintech and real estate intelligence company. She has years of experience in transforming complex market data into actionable insights and has led cross-functional projects in property analytics, financial modeling, and product-level data strategy.
